2005 SOI Short Course Information

Tutorial Short Course instructors have many years of experience in the field of silicon-on-insulator technology.  The course is intended to educate attendees in detail about current trends and issues in the SOI industry.  The SOI 2004 Tutorial Short Course focused in the design of SOI devices based on physics in the nanoscale regime. 

Participants will receive copies of all visual presentations.
